Mechanic's Liens and Bonds
Our attorneys have knowledge and experience working with the California mechanic’s lien law provisions. The firm represents clients in matters regarding the validity and priority of liens, retention issues, and notice requirements. This includes assisting clients in bond claims related to payment and performance bonds. Likewise, our attorneys have represented owners in cases where the contractor-obligor has defaulted and the bonding company is called upon to complete construction and/or pay claims.

Litigation
The firm's attorneys have represented parties in litigation involving construction defects, architect and engineer liability, construction delay damages, design liability issues, and both express and implied warranties. Our attorneys have also represented owners and contractors in litigation related to mechanics’ liens and bonds.
