Contract Preparation
In addition to assisting clients in organizing their businesses, the firm’s attorneys provide a full range of general business counseling, contract preparation and negotiation services. Our attorneys assist clients in preparing construction contracts, owner-architect agreements, lease work letters, change orders, and negotiating business transactions.

Mechanic's Liens and Bonds
Our attorneys have knowledge and experience working with the California mechanic’s lien law provisions. The firm represents clients in matters regarding the validity and priority of liens, retention issues, and notice requirements. This includes assisting clients in bond claims related to payment and performance bonds. Likewise, our attorneys have represented owners in cases where the contractor-obligor has defaulted and the bonding company is called upon to complete construction and/or pay claims.
