Mr. Kohn specializes in business,
real estate and energy law matters.
His real estate law experience
includes multi-family, retail,
office and hospitality properties.
His energy law experience includes
significant work for renewable
energy clients as well as
traditional energy clients. His
securities law experience includes
preparation of public filings (10-K,
10-Q and 8-K filings), registration
statements (S-1) and private
placement offerings.
In addition,
Mr. Kohn counsels clients on a
variety of general corporate and
litigation matters, including
regulatory matters, resolution of
commercial disputes, mergers and
acquisitions, corporate
restructurings, commercial
contracts, debt and equity
financings, technology transfers,
business formations and NASD/FINRA
and SEC matters.

Activities
Mr. Kohn was admitted to the
California State Bar in 1997. He is
a member of the Los Angeles County
Bar Association.
Mr. Kohn is also a licensed
California real estate broker.
Prior Experience
Mr. Kohn was previously with the law
firm of Manatt, Phelps and Phillips,
LLP, a Los Angeles based firm with
approximately 350 attorneys. He has
also worked as in-house counsel for
a real estate development and
management company where he focused
on real estate
acquisition/development projects,
hospitality projects and general
real estate matters.
Other Activities
Mr. Kohn has lectured at the
University of Southern California (USC)
Law School as well as at numerous
conferences and seminars. Mr. Kohn
is an active member of the Wharton
Southern California Alumni as well
as the Wharton Southern California
Alumni Real Estate Group.
