Construction Litigation
Our lawyers have extensive experience with counseling, litigation, and alternative dispute resolution concerning all types of public and private construction projects, including residential, commercial, industrial, and heavy construction. The firm’s members have substantial experience prosecuting and defending bid protests, contract and warranty claims, construction and design defect claims, and claims for delay and extra work.

Creditors' Rights/Financial Institutions
Our attorneys have represented banks, life insurance companies, leasing companies and other large and small businesses in a wide range of collection and defense litigation matters including handling of complex and simple collection actions, non-judicial foreclosures, receiverships, injunctions, attachments, protective orders and writs of possession.
